Here is the renovation process

Design & Planning
We understand your lifestyle, requirements and budget before developing the space plan, design concept and material direction

Approvals
Required renovation permits and building or management approvals are arranged before renovation works begin

Hacking
Existing walls, flooring, fixtures and finishes are carefully removed according to the approved renovation plan
04
Masonry & Wet Works
Tiling, waterproofing, wall construction and other wet works are completed to prepare the space for the next stage

Electrical & Plumbing
Electrical points, lighting, wiring and plumbing are installed and repositioned according to the final layout
06
Carpentry
Custom kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, storage solutions and other built-in carpentry are fabricated and installed
07
Surface Installation
Countertops, wall panels, backsplashes and other selected interior surfaces are measured, fitted and installed
08
Painting
Walls and ceilings are prepared and painted to complete the chosen colour scheme and overall interior look
09
Fixtures & Finishing
Lighting, sanitary fittings, hardware and finishing details are installed to bring the entire design together
10
Final Inspection & Handover
We conduct a final inspection, identify necessary touch-ups and ensure the completed home is ready for handover
